Terms of Service

1. The service

Taksym is a music streamingservice. You listen to a curated catalog of original tracks; you do not generate music on the platform. By accessing the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. AI-generated music & provenance

Every track on Taksym is generated using artificial intelligence— primarily Google's Lyria and Gemini models — then curated, quality-checked, and sequenced by our team. The entire catalog is original and made for this platform: we license nothing from third-party rightsholders, and we never set out to imitate the voice, name, or likeness of any real artist. Most tracks carry an inaudible Google SynthID watermark identifying them as AI-generated, verifiable with Google's SynthID Detector.

3. Your account

You can listen as a guest (an anonymous device session) or sign in with Google to save your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• download, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly perform the catalog except through features we provide;
• reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the service, its security, or its rate limits;
• use the service to train machine-learning models or build a competing dataset;
• misrepresent the AI origin of the music as your own human-authored work.

5. Ownership & your listening license

As between you and us, Taksym owns or controls the catalog recordings and the Taksym name, software, and design. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the catalog for your own enjoyment. No ownership, copyright, or other intellectual-property right in any track is transferred to you. Note that purely AI-generated audio may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions; nothing here should be read as a promise that you receive any copyright in the music.

6. Copyright & takedowns

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on Taksym infringes your rights, see our Copyright / DMCA page for how to file a notice with our designated agent, and our no-impersonation commitment.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
