How to report content you believe infringes your rights, and our commitment not to imitate real artists.

Last updated June 15, 2026

Our position

Taksym's catalog is original, AI-generated, first-party content. We do not host user uploads and we license no third-party recordings. Even so, we take copyright and publicity rights seriously and provide the process below.

No impersonation of real artists

We do not set out to clone or imitate the voice, name, or likeness of any real, identifiable artist. If you believe a track does so, tell us using the notice process below and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on Taksym infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
  • identification of the material on Taksym and enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the track URL);
  • your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rightsholder.

Designated agent

Send notices to dmca@taksym.com(subject line: "Copyright Notice"). This is the Taksym copyright agent for the purposes of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and equivalent notice-and-takedown regimes.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices.
